The Constelle bot needs View Channels and Read Message History permissions on any channel you monitor. Admins can grant access to specific channels only.
How to Connect
Open Settings → Integrations in Constelle and find Discord under the Communication category.
Click Connect next to Discord to start the bot setup.
Authorize the Constelle bot and choose the server it should join.
Grant the bot access to the channels you want to monitor.
Select which channels and events should flow into Constelle.
Set routing rules to send each channel to the right team or queue.
Post a test message and confirm it appears in Constelle, then you’re live.
